Note, for off-cycle pay run
a) IT 267 is used for payment.
b)Several functions in the payroll schema do not apply - e.g., processing IT 14, 15, normal payments/deductions, retro processing, etc.
Go through each step of the payroll schema. For each part of the schema that applies to normal pay run only, skip it for off-cycle run. The IF function is usedin the schema/sub-schema with par3 = SPRN. For off-cycle the next lines till ELSE or END will apply.

I recently had to make additional payments to a few employees. I used PUOC_0 the off-cycle workbench and had to do each employee individual. Is there a difference when using the off-cycle workbench to make the payment or using the PC00_M10_CALC Payroll driver (in off-cycle) when calculating an off-cycle check for additional payment. |
