However this is a username of a member of our Team, therefore this is risky if this account becomes disabled for whatever reason. I wish to change the use a System Username which doesn't expire etc etc I am aware of the ability to change the execution user of a Process Chain using Process Chain -> Attributes -> Execution User. However, even if I change this, the jobs still show uder sm37 as beign created by, for example, my username - so if my account became disabled then these regular process chain jobs would not run even if Execution User was set to System Account (is this right?) Is there a way within Process Chain maintenance of setting the Process chain to be submitted as the system account as well as having System Account as Execution User??? This would jhave the benefit of me being able to look in sm37 and easily identify any BI_PROCESS* jobs still running under user accounts and switch them to the System Account. Any advice on how you handle Process Chain submissions in a controlled manner would be great. Thanks SImon | | Reply to this email to post your response. __.____._ | _.____.__ |
