Reply from wnash7658 on Dec 25 at 9:33 AM This is just standard SAP where you maintain the details in the partner tab in VD01/XD01 and assign a default. When creating the SO SAP will popup a small dialog box for you to confirm the details.

Is it possible to configure SAP in a way it always shows for a Customer XYZ which is created as a Sold-to Party a Customer ABC as a Ship to Party (or.e.g. Bill-to Party)?
I can imagine this situation that we have a customer (Sold-to) which will always be shipped-to a specific location which is maintained in a system as a different customer - a Ship-to. I would like to achieve a functionality that my Sold to Party while creating a Sales Order will have a default Ship-to party in Partners tab (of course, changeable in case anything changes).
If you know how to configure it, I would be really grateful.
