So in nutshell, the output determination is working fine and sending the email to the buyer but the email does not pull the field values that you mentioned.
I looked at my system, and it has worked where I setup the text in MLGR as below
If nothing shows up, that may be syntax issue or something you wanted to check or if few show up and few don't, then you may want to check whether the table and field is correct or not.
