Reply from mirellaj on Nov 29 at 1:17 PM Hi Bhagawati, Did you have the saprouter working before changing the public IP address? If yes, then check the firewall's access-list and make sure that it doesn't block port 3299 for the internal IP address of the saprouter host. Also, clear the cache on the firewall and try to ping the SAP's external IP address again. If it still doesn't work, do a self test for the local host of the saprouter: Nipping -t, and the answer that comes back should say: "SELFTEST OK". Stop the saprouter and restart it with the trace level set to 3.:saprouter -r -V3 -T <tracefile name>, and post the file, so we can see the error numbers. Regards, MJ
