Hi Johngso,

To insert additional fields in FBL's, enter the SM30, table V_T021S, click
on new entries and inform the desired field, hit save, then enter the
transaction SE38 and run the program RFPOSXEXTEND, click yes to activate
the structures expanded, reentering in transaction SE38 and run the program
BALVBUFDEL.
Inclusion field completed.

Subject: Adding Fields to TCode FBL3N Hidden Fields List for Custom Layout

I am trying to add the User Name field (BKPF-USNAM) to the hidden fields list for TCode FBL3N. In my SBX and DEV clients I used the menupath SPRO->Financial Accounting (New)->General Ledger Accounting (New)->Naster Data->G/L Accounts->Line Items->Define Special Fields for Line Item Display. This worked fine in the SBX and DEV clients. When it was transported to the QAS client for testing, it shows up in the display special fields screen in SPRO, but not in the list of hidden fields when running TCode FBL3N. I have run programs BALVBUFDEL and RFPOSXEXTEND, but still no User Name field in the hidden fields for TCode FBL3N.

Am I missing something?

Please advise.

Thanks,
JB
