I need your assistance in this issue, and appreciate your help:
our client is a VAT exempted organization.
The VAT exemption form in SAP needs to be updated for the next year (from January 2013); we have received the VAT and excise duty exemption certificate (auto-certification extension).
My guess is that we need to maintain reference and validity dates for VAT exemption for vendors, but I have no clue where to do it and how to do it/proceed.
Could you please guide me through this process? Is this a customizing process?
