We got this report S_ALR_87013611 but the output format is different.
We the one that shows the budget only (not actual/budget comparison) and in avl grid format (excel loadable) with columns (1) Cost Center (2) Cost Element (3) Bal Period 1 (4) Bal Period 2 ... Bal Period 12.
is this something we need to custom build?

What do you mean by PERIODIC cost center budget ?
We can see the cost centre plan in S_ALR_87013611 both for a year and with
periodic breakdown..
Try double clicking on the Cost Element (GL) and select CCtrs: Periodic
breakdown Actual/Plan.
