Yes, but this is a project. You are not going to get a simple answer here, or if you do it will be very suspect because simple answers do not exist in a case like this. Currency runs right through the system and can even be hard-coded into custom ABAPs. To do what you want correctly would involve a thorough analysis. I did something similar some years ago and I spent two months just on the analysis and testing phase. The actual execution took only few days once I had written the plan, but timing was also critical.
