I added a new custom characteristic In KAE5 and custom value in KAE6
Then I went to KEA0 to transfer the characteristic and value to my operating concern
I have successfully transfer the characteristic and value to the left side
here's my problem
When i Activate the oprating concern in the enviroment tab it say's "The function is not possible because the data structures are not active" I Tried to activate the data structure by clicking the change and the activate button it Ask me If i want it to be activated online or as background..
i tried online but it does not work and it says "Error when activating data structure CE1XXXX"
i tried as background but still the data structure is in not active status
here's my question
how can i activate the data structure so that i can activate my Operating concern
