I have tested a similar scenario in order to investigate this issue. And the test results are ok.

Created a discount condition type (K004)

From 1EA, $10-
From 5EA, $50-
From 10EA, $100-

Now when I create a sales order, and give 2 EA, the discount per EA is $10-.
Similarly for 12EA, the discount per EA is $100-

1. Did you create a condition record (e.g. in VK11) and give required details in "Scales"?
Check the condition record and the values maintained in it.

2. Create a PO and check if the correct values for this condition type are being populated (depending upon quantity).

Subject: Scaling Price in Scheduling Agreement Error

Hi Gurus,

The client has a requirement to create Price Scaling in Scheduling Agreement (SA) and the process I am following is Create SA, Base Price, Scaling Price (with 3 different line items) and the system is only picking up the last line item price in GR/MIGO from the scaling price regardless of the number of items entered (in 1st case $30 against 100 qty & 2nd $10 against 500 qty) i.e.

Scaling Price as per quantity
Qty Price
1 - $10
1001- $20
2001-$30

OR

1 - $20
1001 - $30
2001 - $10

If someone has faced the similar issue please could you share the solution. This is not standard SAP behavior.

Regards,
