The text in the body mail should go apart. Also I will like to use some parameters to get the PO number for example.

Hi,
You can type anything in the Texts Tab on PO header, this will be included
in the standard Print out of PO.
Moreover, there is also a text tab on item level, you can use material PO
text or Info record PO text (or both) for this purpose as well.
