It seem that tables MKPF / MSEG is updated via last movement transaction but CKMLPP table(material ladger period totals table) is not updated.
We've faced a similar case and SAS OSS is trying to solve the issue for a month.
I hope it is not the same problem you face.
Chech the last movement done, and check V_156_VC-SHKZG is "S" or "H" for this last movement transaction.

The material master accounting view shows a stock of 21qty where as MMBE
,MMSC,MC.1 or MC.9 do not show any stock.
