Actually, after doing much analysis there are 2 scenarios essentially.
1) The info record was created and the PO was created. Then user found another vendor is selling the same material for cheaper price,
he changed the vendor on the PO which created a new info record and this newly created info record was created with zero price even
though while changing the vendor, he did add the material valid price. Somehow it doesn't get carried to the info record. I have tested
this scenario in testing env. I think for this problem, I will have to research how to carry over that price to new info record.
2) There is an info record and the PO is cancelled. Not sure if this triggers any change to the existing info record ( change the price to zero).
I have to test this scenario in lower environment. I think there is one more mysterious scenario where there is no PO but the original info record is created/changed
with zero price. But this did not happen repeatedly so I will focus on this scenario last..

The info record is somehow showing net price is zero. User claims that the price was non zero at one point and system modified to something zero later on. There is no PO created yet. User manually enters the net price and system doesn't allow to create info record with zero price. There is no PB00 condition tied to it either. Also, in the ME12, the user can't possibly change the value to zero after info rec was created because it's in disabled mode. Is there any other method where in the system is changing this price? I have checked all the change records on info records and there is none for this field.
