Did you check validity of your inforecord price? Normally e.g. you enter price 2.0 USD with validity 01.01.2011-31.12.2011. If you do not extend validity or do not enter price for new validity period as of 01.01.2012 when you will do purchase with reference to inforecord system will set 0. Same you will see in inforecord Net price field since price has expired.

The info record is somehow showing net price is zero. User claims that the price was non zero at one point and system modified to something zero later on. There is no PO created yet. User manually enters the net price and system doesn't allow to create info record with zero price. There is no PB00 condition tied to it either. Also, in the ME12, the user can't possibly change the value to zero after info rec was created because it's in disabled mode. Is there any other method where in the system is changing this price? I have checked all the change records on info records and there is none for this field.
