I got some confusion now. I would believe your info record was originally maintained manually via ME11 transaction with valid price (i.e. not ZERO price). The PO was then created with reference to this info record with also a valid price. However, your end user reported that due to some mysterious reason, the info record price is displayed now as ZERO price. Is it correct?

The info record is somehow showing net price is zero. User claims that the price was non zero at one point and system modified to something zero later on. There is no PO created yet. User manually enters the net price and system doesn't allow to create info record with zero price. There is no PB00 condition tied to it either. Also, in the ME12, the user can't possibly change the value to zero after info rec was created because it's in disabled mode. Is there any other method where in the system is changing this price? I have checked all the change records on info records and there is none for this field.
