As well as all the other possible problems with using accounting view to look at stock, already reported above. Is it possible that in your other transaction views of the material, you have been looking at a different plant?

The material master accounting view shows a stock of 21qty where as MMBE
,MMSC,MC.1 or MC.9 do not show any stock.
