Hi Roy

I have created the payment method for Direct Debits with the ''Mandate Required" option activated. The requirement is that there needs to be a valid Mandate for the customer and if this exists, then the payment run can proceed else if there is no valid mandate on the customer, then the payment run needs to fail.

I have created a valid mandate on the customer master. The problem is when I Run the Payment Proposal, I get the following error message (No valid payment method found).
I then remove the "SEPA Mandate Required" option on the Payment Method - rerun the Payment Proposal and it then works.

Therefore I am not sure why I get the error message of (No valid payment method found) when the Mandate Required option is checked.

Thank you.

Subject: 'Mandate Required' Option On the Payment Method

Hi,

Does anyone know how to use the 'Mandate required' option on the payment method?
I have activated this option on my payment method but once it is activated, my Payment Run/Proposal in F110 keeps failing. As soon as I deactivate the option, the payment run works.
Thanks
