HI Paul,

Its my settlement of IO with cost center.

Can you tell me the difference between settlement rule and the cost center/ cost element in Pre-end closing tab ?
Also do I need to have an allocation structure ? I am little confused in that part. reading materials are good but they are so much stuffed with info!..

Best Regards
Subha

Subject: Internal Order Settlement With Cost Center

Hi,

here I have a scenario

i have an expense GL which is linked to an internal order. when I pass an fb50 with IO object it goes through perfectly.

Now I want the IO to be settled with a cost center and for that I am putting the cost center and the (secondary) cost element under the Period-end closing tab (Settlement to one received).

what I would like to know are the following:

How or where do I settle the IO ? I am trying with tc KO88 however its says theres nothing to settle even though I had passed entries in IO

How to close the internal order ?
Where do I view the transactions happening between IO and CCO.

Please help,

best regards
Subha
