Please let me know whether you are doing Stock transfer with STO or with
transfer posting. If you are using STO then you can with 303 movement tpye
for goods issue and 305 movement for goods receipt. In transfer posting two
is not possible.

You can do two step via MB11 -> MvT 313 -> (remove from storage) Special stock Indicator E.
If you can't see the Special stock Indicator for MvT 313, look in IMG for the MvT settings.

Hello everyone,
I'd like to know if it is possible to make a stock transfer in two steps for special stock E, orders on hand.
This means the stock is assigned to a sales order.
The two step procedure (via movement types 313 and 314) does not consider this type of special stock.
It is possible to make a transfer in one step, but the business scenario must have two steps.
Is there any way we can achieve this?
