As you said i have checked logical client. It is already assigned
"T90CLNT090"
Please tell me whether it is correct or shall i change it.

The problem is because no logical system has been assigned.
You can assign your client to the logical client by going through
SALE, Basic Settings, Assign Logical Systems To Client.
See if your IDES client "800" or "000" in which you are working as a
logical system.
