just Use Transaction code FBN1 to see your No. range groups, OBA7 to see
which no range assigned to your doc. type
run FBL3N and select doc. type from dynamic selection get the last no and
update in FBN1.

The problem is because no logical system has been assigned.
You can assign your client to the logical client by going through
SALE, Basic Settings, Assign Logical Systems To Client.
See if your IDES client "800" or "000" in which you are working as a
logical system.
