I get the error:
"FPM application HAP_START_PAGE_POWL_UI_MSS was started without configuration" every time I try to create appraisal document. This was working perfectly until 2days ago when this error started popping up I have gone through all the configs and everything is in place. This page opens up perfectly when I test it in SE80, it also works perfectly when I test it from the role.
Does anyone have an idea what could have gone wrong. We are on EHP5 and do not use portal for ESS and MSS, rather we use NWBC for it. We are using flexible performance management.
Ideas would be most urgently welcome please as appraisal period begins next week.
