Is there a way to link the material to a PO or other than batch that would help me achieve this?

When I receive consignment material the valuation of the rest of the consignment stock is updated to the value of the last 101 K movement.
Is it possible to have consignment stock valuated with different prices (without batch management)?
Is this what a consignment contract is for?
