Subject: Inconsistent IT2006 Balance
We have an employee that has a negative vacation balance in IT2006 even though the absence postings have been changed to zero in CATS and IT2001 is blank. I expected the balance to be restored now that the absence postings have been removed.
I have tried running the RPTKOK00 and PTQUODED programs. Both programs identify an inconsistancy but do not correct the balance.
I have researched the forum for other options but could not find any. All suggestions are appreciated. Thank you |
