It is happening randomly, so no pattern in operator / ship to ...... can be identified
Only thing which can be said is that it is happening in 2% of our shipments and that these shipments have multiple (more than 1) deliveries included. Moreover, the automatic deletion of route / incoterms is happening to only 1 of the N deliveries included and it is never happening to the first delivery linked to the shipment.
Any clues?
