The background run can be executed in KE4S. I will advise you to select the
Create Log option in the Control Parameters and remove the Test Log
..however you should keep in mind that all the posting for the
profitability segments are going to happen automatically and no manual
feeding will be possible. In that case, if there happens to be an existing
record for the same billing document, it will be reposted and all the
manual posting to its profitability segment will be gone.
That is the only impact of running KE4S in background.

We have a requirement to run KE4S for more than 50000 billing records and so would like execute this transaction in background and I am not sure whether it is safe to run it in background. Could you please suggest if there any known issues with the background processing for KE4S?
