You may have wrong columns in your upload.
You may have the wrong format of the column to contain BSEG-DMBTR.
If this is the first column of your upload template, then check to make sure this tab in your spreadsheet is the Active spreadsheet in the workbook. This means you need to click on this tab before saving the spreadsheet, making it the active tab for upload to SAP. Only the active tab can go to SAP usually.
