Try the following work around:
Make the QM in procurement active for the materials of the plant for release quantity / vendor (mm01)
create a quality info record for the vendor / material / plant combination with limits of quantity & period (qi01)
trust this should limit the quantities for the periods.

Quota management is for multiple vendors. Here we have one yearly qty contract signed between vendor in company. Each plant can order up to a fixed qty in a particular month using single/multiple pos. I hope that now picture is clear. Can you suggest some ways. |
