Please restrict the payroll run for all employees whose final settlements are over. Go to infotype 3 & put the month end/last date on fields "Run payroll upto " & "Do not account after". No further calculations or accounting will be done on such employees after final settlement.

I have below issue.
Employee left the organization on 20.8.2011.But after Sep,2011 salary
process we found that Rs.200/- (payable to
emp) which is w.r.t. Professional tax.
How I can resolve the same?
