That is the process we currently use. I was hopeful to identify a one step process via a patch or OS note.

we assign serial numbers to inventory cor tracking. If there is a defect we want to scrap the inventory and mark the serial as inactive (inac). We do not want to delete the serial number because will lose the history of it. How can you update the serial number to inac while issuing the inventory to scrap? |
