HI friend there is no need to enter tax rate in FTXP . You can use T code FV11 to maintain Tax rate for the particular condition type. Enter the condition type and Select the Tax code Radio Button from the next Screen. after that you can Enter the Tax code maintained in FTXP and enter the Tax percentage in amount column , if you want you can enter validity period for each tax code.

While entering Input / Output Tax Rate using FTXP, fields where we are entering the tax rate are inactive hence I cannot enter Tax Rate.
Kindly advice the way activating the same.
