Hi All,
In continuation of my previous posts I require further details on the following.
1.We are maintaining a custom Infotype for storing medical reimbursement request details. All ESS approved requests are to be posted to this IT. Is there any facility in SAP to do this?
2. Some of the fields in the IT are to be shown in the ESS screens for users to fill it.
How can this be done?

Hi All,
Our company is planning to introduce the Reimbursement Module - Claims / Advances in ESS for reimbursement of medical expenses. For this we would like to get more details on the working of this module.
1. At present the family members are shown at the detail (multiple line) level as a drop down list. We want this at the header level. When we attempted to do this through configuration changes it is observed that though the family members are shown at the header level it is not appearing as a drop down list . How can this be shown as a drop down list at the header level?
2. What are the SAP standard facilities available for the approvers of the requests?
Kindly give more details on approving multiple requests. Is it possible to approve individual line items?
3. There is a button "Apply" shown in the screen for approvers. What is this for?
Kindly give your valuable comments on this.
