We want to take anything under 1 GBP from each employees net pay figure and pay to charity through payroll? Is this possible through SAP? So, if my net pay in October is going to be £3000.50 - I would receive £3000.00 since the £0.50 would be deducted and posted to a General Ledger account, and subsequently paid over to my chosen charity. I want to know if it is possible to round down an employees net pay figure to the nearest whole pound. This will still have to be shown on the remuneration statement.
