Hi MoseyZA,

I have one question on your this post.

How did you move company codes from FI to HR box?
We have about 100 Company codes in FI box and want to move these to HCM box.

Please help!

Our company has SAP FI and HR on different boxes.

We are in the process of finalising a migration to a new company code and getting a payroll posting document error regarding a Responsibility error (which is customised for our company) - the relevant Z tables have been maintained for the new company code.

The ALE was working with the previous company code and has been updated with the new company code.

My question is what Finanace master data is required on the HR client. The Profit centers, cost centers are available on the HR client. Are the GL accounts required - it appears that there is a "skeleton" GL account (i.e. the GL account number) available for the old company code but not for the new company code.

Is there any other FI master data required?
