Your statements are contradictory. Please clarify on the following :
1. Whether you uploaded the data in IT0001 or IT1001?
2. If you uploaded in IT0001 directly and still you claim it is not reflecting then your LSMW has not worked effectively. Please check the error log if any for LSMW.
3. If you uploaded relationships in IT1001 and you want it to reflect in IT0001 then you need to run RHINTE30 (use TCODE OOHQ) or RHINTE20 (use TCODES OOPP or S_AHR_61003129) or have a consistency check done through report RHINTECHECK
I hope you did all this stuff in Quality environment first before actually uploading in Production?
To make RHINTE reports work, please check the following System Switches as applicable in your case.
In order for RHINTE reports to work correctly, SAP has created forllowing table entries which you must not change.
T77S0 | System Table | PLOGI PRELI
T77FC | PD Function Codes | INTE
T778A | Evaluation Paths | INTE-PS, INTEBACK, INTECHECK, INTEGRAT and INTE_OSP

Yes we have integration between OM and PA. As you mentioned, I have uploaded the data using LSMW, but the results are not showing PA (Master data).
For this I am trying to run integration program RHINTE30, but it's not running.
My question is, is there any other programs to run or any setting to be set?
