It should point you into the right direction, as this is a good and commonly asked question. If not, please let SAP know in order to have it updated (e.g. via TQM, Support Advisor, message)?

Yes, your doubt is correct. Always 32bit Windows OS has maximum restriction of 4 GB RAM always.

Your option A is the correct one.
