Thanks for the reply.
Yes I was asking about the schema. I found that thing and I have
activated that field. One thing i want to know that where we maintain the
Income tax slabs in SPRO. What are the other things which I have to check
before activate the "income tax calculation" field in production, so that
it will not effect other things? Do we need to generate the transport
request to activate this "income tax calculation" in schema in
production?
Please help me in understanding all these things.

Actually I can't understand your question well, but anyway if you mean you want to deduct the tax from the monthly salary for each employee this part should be handled in the payroll schema (so what flag you are talking about).
About the configuration of the TDS, I think this is the role of FI not HR and this link may help you:
