user. It will be accessible from UrL.

Hi All,
Our EP system uses ABAP UME. Whereas the administrator user in the EP system belongs to the Java UME only. But this user gets locked due to incorrect logons frequently. The user password is also maintained in the secure store in Config tool.
Still the user gets locked frequently. I tried to enable the trace for the User management location in the log configuration. Still no use.
Is there any way to find this issue also is it possible to enable tracing for this user 'administrator' alone in the EP system? Please help
