Thank you HT for the quick reply! Yes, for sure, I realize that future upgrades will overwrite this note. I hope I can get this note working, though!
That's encouraging to hear that you've actually applied the same OSS note without issue.
Is the note as "straight-foward" as it seems i.e. once applied to the system, is the name of the creator of the PO (versus releaser name) immediately visible as the sender of the Emailed PO (to vendor)??
Was there no additional programming / ABAP code change required?
HT, I know this is a very general question, but do you have any ideas on why the note may not be taking effect? I suppose it is something to do with the fact that our print program and MEDRUCK are customized? At your former company, where you applied the note, was your print program & MEDRUCK form also customized?

We applied this note in my previous company and I have not encountered any problem. Of course, you will have to make sure the regression test shall be carried out as soon as your system is upgraded.
