Dear All.
We have the same problem. Unfortunately PrintPreview can produce a hard copy which the person then faxes/sends manually to the vendor.
If you go Messages, Output ...then the system stops you if the Purchase Order has not been released yet.
Believe me, users will find any loophole. I have more, but will address them under their own headings.
