hello Gurus,
I have this leave type - Long service Leave for Australia for my Client and the requirement is as below
For employees in Victoria and South Australia who have had a change in work pattern there is a requirement to pay LSL taken at an average rate. For Victoria the LSL is paid at higher of average rate over last 12 months or 5 years, in South Australia it's average of the last 3 years.
is there a standard LSL functionality in SAP can do the Above Steps or more Specific customization is required for this
