Just to detail Neal's response a little more... I think you will want to look at SAP's Business Application Interface known by the moniker BAPI. If you Google 'VBA BAPI' there will be lots of practical examples of how to establish a connection. The coding to send and retrieve data is somewhat odd, but it can be done. Wes
