Hi,
Just I made a ZSM01 Tcode in quality server and tested; it is working fine.
Steps
1) SM30
2) Program=SAPMTSTC
3) Authorization object=S_ADMI_FCD and its Value=TLCK
4) You can use local object
5) Select (radio bott) Transaction classification & SAVE

How to find out who (admin ID) locked a t-code through SM01. I tried many way like SM20,sm20n,stad,st03n. It may be happened tha ta Admin ID lock the t-code , and ADMIN B just run t-code SM01 in the condition to whom will be responsible.
Please share in case we get the log toward SM01 Tx.
