With the minimum info you provided, we cannot help you.

Provide SAP/Os/DB versions
provide contents from file dev_w0

after getting this info, we might be able to help.

I tried connecting before and it worked. Afterwards, I can no longer connect and I get this message. Why is this so?

Is it connected to msn messenger being run?
