Ok, so you are wanting to actually read from SAP into Access. This by the way can also be done through excel. I've seen people do it through VB scripting and the like... Your script logins into SAP as a remote process. It then calls an RFC inside of SAP that returns the sought data. Yes, typically everyone has to have their own login to SAP. SAP then makes sure that they can only see the data that they are supposed to see... Neal
