Hello Sastry,
Now please stop all services including oracle services. Restart system and
login by <SIDADM>.
Start oracle services and then continue with old installation.
If still it doesn't work, please ensure that the java version is higher.
Ensure that you did proper prerequisite.

Subject: Migration Monitor Return Code 103 Error When Installing ECC 6.0 on Win 2003 32 BIT Server with Oracle and 6 GB RAM
I am installing ECC 6.0 on WIN 2003 Server 32-BIT with Oracle and it is giving error during the ABAP Import phase saying Migration Monitor ended with return code 103. I have checked some options in this. But I'm not able to resolve it.
Do I have to use 64 bit OS/JAVA? Please suggest.
