Hi San,

This is Kathy from BSI Support. BSI TaxFactory does in fact annualize all wages before calculating the tax and dividing the derived amount by the number of pay periods that you have in a year. If you would contact us directly, we could take a look at your specific scenarios and determine what is being calculated. You would need to send us your SAP script for review. We can provide you with the instructions for obtaining the script.

We look forward to working with you on this. We can be reached by email or at 877-274-7873 option 1.

Regards,
BSI Support - Kathy

Subject: BSI Supplemental tax for MS and LA

Hi Guys,

There has been an issue with no taxes happening on a supplemental wage for these two states. I tried 234 and that doesn't work either. Since the supplemental wage is little, the USTAX ignores it and takes no deduction. I don't know if the tax routine annualizes that amount and decides to deduct taxes. Has anyone come across this issue before?

I hope Karen from BSI can answer this question of mine.

Thanks,

SAN
