Currently, if there is no development plans available for an employee, and an assessor tries to assign a plan to the employee then, instead of no plan being assigned, a random one is assigned.
Does anyone know is there a defaulted setting to automatic assign a plan when there is no plan being created for a job?
By right, if there is no plan created, the systems should not allow / assigned any plan to the user. Currently , we has to manually go into the system and deletes the randomly assigned plan to blank.
