Hi

An obvious reason would be that the abs quota is not fully used.
In PT50 - accrual tab, check if the quota is still being generated. If so, there is a problem in the sel rules V_T559L.

Subject: Why do Supplemental(Employee Group) Vacation Hours remain on Earnings Statement?

One of our Employee Groups is "Supplemental" employees. These employees get 40 hours of vacation( automatically) every Jan 01. Once the Supplemental employee change over to a 'Regular" employee, their vacation is accrued differently. Currently when I look at our earnings statement, I see the Supplemental vacation hours remain on the pay statement even after the Supplemental employee has been transferred over to a "Regular" employee.

How can I stop this information from pulling in on the earnings statement after the employee has transferred to a "Regular" employee?

Thanks,
